Amy's passion for cooking began as a child, standing on a chair with her elbows up on the counter. When the opportunity to attend culinary school in New York arose in 2015, she jumped at the chance to explore the world of culinary arts. Discovering baking as her true passion, she started to be the one to bring dessert to meals at family and friends!

From Amy's Tiny Kitchen was founded in Amy's tiny apartment kitchen in South Harlem, NY. She realized a need for quality, non-dairy baked desserts in the area, so she produces non-dairy kosher desserts weekly!
